Wolfowitz' career in the World Bank is not presumed to last for a long time. Before the 'Riza-schandal' he already had to face a lot of criticism. He was never famous for his managing skills. Some people were opposed to his appointment because he is no specialist in any of the major problems of poverty, for instance water management, economy or pubic health.
