ISWiB 2007
Events overview
Friday, June 29th
7pm - 9pm, Official Opening Ceremony
Grand hall of Student Cultural Center
Formal event with different speakers. Program: opening of the event,
presenting the festival, speeches, presenting partners; in between -
performances of folklore and classic music. End of the event will include
cocktails (for VIP's and participants). Printed program of the ceremony
will be given to all present people.
9pm, Opening party
Student Cultural Center - Happy center
After ending of opening ceremony cocktail/catering for participants
will be served in Happy Center in front of Grand Hall. Cocktail atmosphere
will be transforming into party mood as time goes by and music changes
from lounge/chill-out sounds into party rhythms. Spacious hall of Happy
center with its painted murals and possible projections on the will
contribute Opening party mood. Event is opened for ISWiB people and
invited friends
Saturday, June 30th
6pm - 7pm, Visit to the Belgrade fortress
Free time with ISWiB guides
Walk through Belgrade city center, through Knez Mihajlova pedestrian
zone to the Belgrade fortress Kalemegdan. Walk continues through the
fortress with a chill-out break in the upper town. Short historical
overview story of Kalemegdan provided by Culture & Event manager
of ISWiB during brake
11pm, ISWiB clubbing
Summer Plastic/Plastic Jam club
ISWiB and Jungle Tribe international party at Summer Plastic club, a
party raft on the estuary of Rivers Sava and Danube. Huge party opened
for people invited by ISWIB and Jungle Tribe and all outside people
who bring party flyer as a ticket. Several DJs crews (Digital Harmony,
Kinetic Vibes) and visual performances will be there to give the show
Belgrade's intense night life and typical summer party atmosphere in
fill mood. Large number of people that will attend this event will encourage
acquaintance between the ISWIB participants and the local youth making
this party fully multicultural. Sponsor of this event is BECK'S beer!
Sunday, July 1st
6pm - 11pm, Country Fair + Karaoke Party
Student Cultural Center garden (in case of rain: Happy centre club)
The main cultural event of ISWiB 2007 is Country Fair. It will give
participants the opportunity to present their national culture, several
stands shall be put up with food and other material, beside several
non-professional performances will happen on stage. After 10pm a moderated
Karaoke will start in several languages. The host of Country Fair and
Karaoke party will be famous radio showman Igor Brakus from national
radio B92.
Monday, July 2nd
11am - 6pm, Ada Ciganlija sports day
Sports day on Ada will give our participants the opportunity to participate
in organized beach volley tournament together with promoter of ISWiB,
Serbian national team volleyball player Ivana Djerisilo - Stankovic.
Apart from beach volley, participants are free to choose among many
activities that are available on and near the beaches of Belgrade seaside,
as we call Ada. ISWiB partners in realization of Ada day is AIESEC.

EURO<26/ISIC party
Tuesday, July 3rd
8pm, National dinner at Skadarlija bohemian quarter
ISWiB participants will be given a chance to enjoy authentic bohemian
atmosphere and traditional Serbian food and music in the environment
on one of the oldest streets in Belgrade widely will-known for its good
restaurants and bohemian spirit.
Wednesday, July 4th
3pm - 7pm, NGO fair, Final presentation and closing ceremony
Grand hall of Student Cultural Center
On the last day of ISWiB our partners will be given some space in SKC
to present themselves and their work and activities.
Short while after NGO fair Final presentation and closing ceremony will
start. Each ISWiB workshop will show what they have done in pervious
four workshop days. For that purpose thay will be offerd to peform on
a stage, to show Power Point presentation, or to chose some other way
of presenting their work.
At the end of WS presentations ISWiB 2007 will official be closed by
Opening ceremony moderators and ISWiB board members.
9pm, Farewell party
Student Cultural Center - club/garden
Last party of ISWiB 2007 will be held in SKC Club. After previous big
electronic party events this one will feature two hour live band music
play and a percussion session after. This will be unique mixture of
typical pop-rock club atmosphere and tropical bongo rhythms afterwards
