The
second PR WEEK - Belgrade 2007 was held in the period between
26th and 30th November, organized by Attache PR agency. This
is the most prominent international conference in the field of communications
in the region of south-eastern Europe, that gathered the leading professionals
from the field of corporate governance, communication, human resources
and management.
The participants in this international
conference, that is being held for the second time, were discussing
one of the most important issues of each organization - The Future
of the Internal Communications and the Role of Professionals in the
Field of Communications. The internal communications, in the companies
and the public sector as well,
are of immense importance for the successful achievement of goals
of the 
company.
How to create a coalition of
interests within the internal public so the organization would function
successfully? How to define successfull internal
communications? How to evaluate them? How to implement them? How to
create a model that will not only be a collage from the world of fantasy
which does not exist in the real world?
More
than 30 top managers and consultants from the country and abroad were
speakers on this international conference. Beside exclusive lectures
and workshops, the participants of this year's PR Week had the opportunity
to talk to the speakers of four interesting panel discussions with
the following topics: The Future of the Internal Communications and
the Role of Professionals in the Field of Communications (managers
of corporate communications took part in the panel discussion), The
strategic role of HR in the process of changes (HR managers were talking),
The management of the process of changes and The role of top management
in internal communications (Top management).
The
conference was very successfull and presented the importance of the
topics mentioned above, but students also had their day when the best
works in the field of communications and public relations were awarded.
