reached the top of his career in 1958. He became the best scorer of French championship
by scoring 34 goals in 26 matches. Also, he was the most effective player of Cup
of European Champions (Champions League) and the best scorer of FIFA World Cup
in Sweden. Before that cup, Hungarian Kocisz was the first on scorers list, after
11 goals in Switzerland 1954

Just Fontaine was born in Morocco, on August
18, 1933. He was the best scorer of that country and won the North Africa Cup
with USM Casablanca.
French club Nice recruited him in 1953, and there
he won the National Cup and Championship of France. In jersey of Reims he won
the national title twice and raised the national cup trophy once. He was the best
goal scorer of French championship in 1958 and 1960. In 320 matches played, he
scored 370 goals. For the national team of France he played 20 games and scored
27 goals.

delivered three goals to Paraguay, two to Yugoslavia and one to Scotland, during
France play in the group. In quarter final against Northern Ireland he scored
twice. In semifinal, he was scorer against powerful Brazil and in third place
match he delivered four goals to Germany, making it final 13 goals in 6 games.
Anyone of world class football players couldn't reach this record so far.
