Editorial

Dear friends,

at the moment when you are reading this, representatives of WAVE magazine are probably on their way to Skopje, to participate in an international conference on Information Society and Youth media. Our friends invited us and as we find this kind of networking very important, we accepted to be there and say something about our web magazine. Our impressions and the results of work will be published in next issue, as well as complete report on the conference.

Anyway, even before this meeting, we started with reorganizing and developing website. Soon you will see comments below the articles, you will read more about WAVE in section About Us, probably you will be able to write directly to authors and so on and so on... And we are still open for suggestions.

This time we have some serious topics, starting with Caucausus war in Georgia and story about presidential elections in U.S.A. but from European, precisely Dutch point of view. International Youth Day was celebrated on August 12, and this month we also present you our new cooperation, with German colleagues from e-politik.de. Energy efficiency is more and more imporant every day. We keep researching on Serbian scene and also have a report from Nothing Hill carnival, second in the world after Rio. All of you have probably heard about iPhone-girl, so you can see her once more. The last grand slam tournament US Open is finished and the king is back, but we also have an interesting and different story from Olympic Games. At the end, you can go to Gucha Trumpet festival and have fun!
