Advertising festival FONklame will be held this year on 20th and 22nd March. This project of the Center for Career development at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) in Belgrade is much more than an advertisement presentation. The organizers have set higher goals for themselves - to bring closer the basics and the way of functioning of the advertising world to the visitors.

The lecturers at the seminar about advertising on 20th March will be eminent experts from the television, radio, internet, print and mobile advertising such as Istok Pavlović, Dragoljub Ljubičić Mićko, Boris Dragović. The event is open for the public and attendance is free, but the application is needed.

FONklame - lectureOn the second day of the Festival, 22nd March in the evening (19.00 - 23.00), there will be a projection of the most interesting advertisements from all around the world. The great co-operation of the FON Center for career development with the organizers of festival "Red Apple" from Russia and "Noć reklamoždera", as well as their generous help in the selection process, are the guarantee of the quality of the features which will be presented. The entrance tickets with symbolic price can be purchased at the stand in the hall of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences a week before the event. All the money from the tickets and donations will be given to charity.

FON's Center for Career development is a project of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. The team is currently consisted of 32 members and divided into seven sectors, but connected in organizing the events such as FONklame, FON leaders, Job Market, Researches on the economy's need for high-educated workers and their expert knowledge and skills. The big support in the realization of these projects is provided by the Faculty of the Organizational Sciences which participates in this event by providing the space and other basic means needed. To put the words entertainment, education and humanity into one sentence is a big challenge, but those three words combined successfully are the winning combination. That is because this year's FONklame is consisted of a seminar, advertisement projection and the open competition, all with a human goal.

FONklame - coffee breakProject traditionally includes the selection of the best posters on the given subject. This year, the open competition's topic is 'Breast cancer prevention', in order to raise students' awareness and point out the importance of early diagnosis of the disease, because up to 90 percent of the infected by breast cancer can be cured if the problem is detected in the early stadium. The competition will be open until the end of March when all the applications received will be rated by the expert jury and the winners will be announced. The prizes are very attractive and valuable, especially for the artists and up- and -coming creative people. Prestigious Belgrade art gallery New Moment will exhibit the works, and the winner of the competition will receive a conference fee for the upcoming Belgrade Design Week, which will be held from 29th May to 5th June.
