Dear friends,
have you
made some joke to your friends on the International Day of Joke? I guess all of
us were creative but is it enough to have only one day every year? One of our
friends decided to write a different joke every day, as status on his Facebook
profile. When we asked him why so, he said - people forgot to smile, they forgot
to laugh to simple funny things, forgot to be happy. We need that. And he
is right, there are too many problems and life is so short. Don't miss any opportunity
for smile!
We are happy to receive more and more offers for cooperation
and media sponsorship of youth events, projects, activities. It seems like you
accepted WAVE magazine as a source of information but also as possible partner
while working on the same topics and heading towards same goals. Don't stop, we
will always support youth initiatives.
Topic of April are successful young
people - Jelena Arsic, student, who won the rhetoric competition, Ivan Radak,
the winner of European Young Journalist Award in Serbia, and Rotaract
Club Belgrade, a group of young people, ambassadors of good will. Politics
brings you new European strategy - Europe 2020 and Serbian parliament delaration
on Srebrenica massacre. In Society, you will find an interesting invention that
will help to autistic people but we also write about Book Week event in
Netherlands. Our Greek friend writes about financial crisis in Economics, and
Culture & Arts are again about youth - Young Serbian Designers. Also,
there is a story about Spanish band Los Ninjos de los Ojos Rojos and In
Memoriam to two Serbian writers and artists. Science & Tech brings you eco-friendly
search engine, third part of Google vs China fight and report from our friend
who took part in European blogging competition. Sport is about American football
in Serbia and tennis Davis Cup. Final section, Entertainment brings you more fun
with Dutch fashion reporters - sisters who have their own fashion blog and a letter
from Great Britain, wrote by our Singapore's colleagues.
