JTLE fully follows the European Commission's wish to make 2008 the year of European
intercultural exchange. Indeed, their plan is to use cultural diversity as a strength,
to unite and create around it, in order to share an original performance with
audiences from all cultural and social horizons.This cultural exchange will be
born through the creation of a living production, but it will also be enriched
by the free theatre workshops that will be set up in conjuction with the performances...

of the biggest culture manifestations in Serbia celebrated its fifth anniversary
this year! The birthday was celebrated offering many unique exhibitions, performers
and interesting fashion shows, as well as good music concerts. Manifestation has
once more approved and continued great museum fun, considering that it noted over

Belgrade is Europe
The
representatives of the 43 participating countries have come to feel the magic
of the city at the confluence of two rivers. That's exactly what the stage at
the 'Arena' should have resembled with, it was made to represent the Belgrade
confluence of the Sava and the Danube. Before the competition, the guests took
some rest from the exhausting rehearsals and had a chance for sightseeing. Lots
of themed evenings were arranged for them, and those parties were unforgettable.
